Throughout the 21st-century, business leaders have witnessed an unprecedented surge in e-commerce and accelerated digital transformation and technologies. These technologies enable companies with faster and more sophisticated ways of delivering value to their customers while operating in a crowded marketplace, from banking and finance to IT services and products to consulting and beyond. But to navigate the digital space successfully, businesses must shift their strategic thinking, including how they interact with customers, interpret data, and innovate to stay ahead of the competition.
